Roll Over

Mason has been rolling over from his tummy to his back for over a month now,

but tonight was the first time he rolled from his back to his tummy!

(you can see his tooth if you look close!)

Happy Anniversary!

Richard & I celebrated our 2 year anniversary yesterday. I know it's a cliché, but where does the time go? We had a fun date night in Mankato. We ate at Red Lobster and reminisced about our wedding day and everything that's happened in the past two years. Mason got to spend the evening with Grandma Laurie.

 

 

First Tooth!

Mason's first tooth popped through last week! I tried taking a picture, but he wasn't cooperating and kept sticking his tongue out, so here's a picture from this past weekend that my friend, Deb, took instead.

Sippy Cup

Mason tried a sippy cup for the first time last night. It took him a little while to figure it out, but got the hang of it eventually. He also tried green beans for the first time. He definitely likes his veggies more than fruit!

 

 

Krohn Family Vacation

This past weekend we went to the Bridges Bay Resort in Okoboji with the Krohn Family. We all had a lot of fun swimming in the waterpark and going out on the lake! This was Mason's first time swimming. He didn't have much of a reaction... I think he had more fun watching all of the kids!

Richard turned 28 yesterday! We celebrated by going to Plaza Garabaldi with Portner's and came back to our house for cake!

 

 

 

Friday night

 On Friday night Uncle Scott, Auntie Jenny & Cousin Jeff came over to help set up for Auntie Amanda's Baby Shower. We went to the park and Mason had fun in the swing!

We tried sweet potatoes for the first time. Mason loved them!

Auntie Jenny couldn't feed him fast enough!

6 Months Old!

Mason turned 6 months old last Wednesday!

 

-Weight: 16 lbs 11 oz  (36%ile)
-Height: 26 inches (46%ile)
-Eats 8 oz every 4-5 hours
-Eats rice cereal and fruit every morning and just started veggies at night
-Sleeps from 8 pm - 6:30 am on average
-Wears 6 month clothing
-Wears size 2 diapers (3 at night!)
-Can sit by himself for short periods of time...sits better with a toy in front of him
-Started rolling over from his tummy to his back!
-Loves playing in his exersaucer! (huge help so I can get things done once in awhile)
-Very content little boy. Rarely cries unless he's hungry, has a wet/dirty diaper or is tired
